David D’Arcy
PresidentDavid D’Arcy founded Precision IT Group in April 2004 with a vision of providing enterprise-level IT support to the SMB sector. As information technology manager and President of Precision IT, David oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to founding Precision IT in 2004, David was President of Domino Computing. David has held various technology management positions at McKinsey & Company, Mash Inc., and IDT Corporation. David has 16 years of experience in the information technology management sector and currently sits on Asigra’s Partner Advisory Council. David holds a BS in Computer Science from William Paterson University.
Marc Pantoni
CTO and PartnerMarc joined Precision IT Group as the first employee in 2004 shortly after our founder, David D’Arcy, launched Precision IT Group in April of the same year. Marc has risen in the organization to become Partner and CTO, where his responsibilities include delivering service to every Precision IT Group client, overseeing technical employees and IT experts, and leading our information technology management initiatives. Prior to Precision IT Group, Marc held various positions providing information technology management expertise for the SMB community as well as enterprise clients. Marc attended Boston College and holds numerous certifications, including MCSE, Network+, Security+, CCNA, and CCNP.
William Overes
Services ManagerWilliam Overes became Precision IT’s Services Manager in 2011 after opening and successfully growing our Philadelphia, PA office in 2007. Subsequently he was instrumental in building our 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) in 2009. William currently manages a team of 25+ engineers and IT experts and continues to be a key part of our growth. Previously, William worked at L’Oreal Paris as a Network Engineer. William is a graduate of Lesley University and is MCSA and Network+ certified.
Dian Nichols
ControllerDian joined Precision IT Group as Project Manager in October 2009 and became Controller in September 2010. Dian graduated with honors from Excelsior College after completing the majority of her coursework at the University of Washington and the University of Alaska. Dian has earned designations as a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants and as a Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive from the Hospitality Financial & Technical Professionals Association. She has worked in public and private sector businesses as well as non-profit organizations. Most recently, Dian was controller at a country club in the greater DC area for 5 years before joining Precision IT Group.
